All deposits are made through the Dabble app. Follow the steps below to make a deposit, then see the payment methods section for guides specific to each method.
How to make a deposit
Step 1: Open the Deposit screen
Tap your balance in the top-right corner of the app, or
Go to Settings ⚙️ and select Deposit Funds
Step 2: Enter your deposit amount
Enter the amount you'd like to deposit. The minimum deposit is $5.
Use the + / - buttons or select a preset amount if available.
Step 3: Choose your deposit method
Select your preferred payment method:
Apple Pay (iPhone only)
Debit Card (Visa or Mastercard)
Google Pay (Android only)
PayPal
PayID (Completed via your internet banking app)
Step 4: Confirm your deposit
Review your deposit details.
Tap Deposit to submit your request.
✔️ Approving your deposit: Depending on your bank or payment provider, you may be asked to approve the transaction using additional security steps, such as a one-time passcode or banking app confirmation.
If prompted, follow your bank's on-screen instructions to complete the deposit.

Google Pay (Android only)
Deposit not going through?
If your deposit is not going through, try the following steps first:
Check your deposit limit hasn't been reached (Settings > Responsible Gambling in the app).
Make sure you have sufficient funds on your payment method.
Double-check your card details are correct and the card hasn't expired.
Try a different payment method.
Delete and reinstall the Dabble app, then try again.

Removing a payment method
Need to remove a saved card or payment method? Contact our Support Team for further assistance.
Things to know
Deposits can only be made through the Dabble app. Customer Service cannot add payment methods or process deposits on your behalf.
The minimum deposit amount is $5 across all payment methods.
Gift cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
Deposits must be made using your own payment method. Third-party deposits are in breach of Dabble's terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
