What is a 'Fast Withdrawal'?
Fast withdrawals are withdrawal requests paid to your bank within minutes.
To get paid fast you'll need your Bank or Financial Institution to support NPP (New Payments Platform, which you may also know as OSKO).To find out if your bank is eligible for this product, please check out this link here.
Please note that your first handful of withdrawals will be processed at 3pm AEST before becoming available for the Fast Withdrawal process. For other examples of why it may take longer, check out our FAQ's.
Fast Withdrawals will be unavailable from 10pm to 8:30am AEST each day. Any withdrawal requests made during this time will be actioned by our payments team by 3pm AEST.
