Verification
Why do I need to Verify my account?
Initial Verification at sign-up stage
As part of our operation license and to give you complete access to an account, Dabble must verify your identity before you can transact.

Extra Verification
Please note that we may also need to conduct Extra Verification during the life time of your account. Where this is necessary you will receive an email giving specific instructions to complete the process.
Deposits
Why was my deposit declined
Some financial institutions decline online transactions to Wagering companies. If you are using a card from Citibank, Macquarie Bank, Suncorp, BOQ and American Express and experience any issues, these may prohibit your ability to deposit with Dabble. It may be worth trying and deposit using a card from a different financial institution.
Insufficient funds Always ensure you have sufficient funds available before attempting to deposit into your Dabble account.
Incorrect CV2 Always ensure that your 3- digit CV2 matches the card you are using. If they do not match your deposit will not be authorised.
Your card may have expired: Always check that your card is up to date and that it hasn’t expired.
Your card has been reported lost or stolen: If your card has been reported lost or stolen, the bank will not allow any transactions to be made on that card
Reached your Deposit Limit
Master Card Deposits All deposits via master card require a security code to be entered. This is issued by your banking provider. If you are not receiving this please delete the app and reinstall before trying again
Too Many Failed Deposit Attempts. This in its self can lead your bank to freeze further deposit attempts for a short period of time
What is the minimum deposit amount?
Minimum deposits are:
Google Pay: $5
Apple Pay: $5
PayPal: $5
PayID: $5
Debit Card: $5
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw?
Funds can be withdrawn directly to your chosen bank account via the App. Please check out how to do this here
You can only hold one set of bank details on your account but you can delete them easily through the withdrawal section of the App
Why can't I withdraw?
You may not have met the turnover requirements. All Bookmakers require a deposit to be played through before withdrawal. You'll then be free to withdraw any returns. In other words you can only withdraw funds from winning bets.
How long will it take?
Most withdrawals will be received almost instantly!
Why was my withdrawal not instant?
Your first handful of withdrawals will be received at 3pm aedt on any given day including weekends and bank holidays. If your withdrawal request is made after 3.00pm aedt, it will be processed on the following day at 3pm at the very latest.
Dabble may need to conduct a manual review to approve the withdrawal. In these cases withdrawals will still be processed every single day at 3pm aedt
The above scenarios make the assumption your bank account can make use of OSKO / NPP. The majority do but if yours doesn't then you will receive funds within 3 working days
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
No, Dabble no longer offers this feature due to recommendations around safer gambling. Any withdrawals will reach you no later than 3pm aedt but will usually be instant in any case.
Which banks support fast withdrawals?
Fast Withdrawals require your bank to support NPP (New Payments Platform, also known as OSKO). To check if your bank is eligible, visit nppa.com.au.
Passwords
How do I make my account more secure with passwords?
Security of your account should be at the forefront of your mind.
The most important thing about your password is that is unique. Do not use a password that has been used for any other 3rd party website, application or service. This will protect you from data leaks from 3rd party providers outside of Dabble
It is a good idea to change your password regularly
Bear in mind passwords with personal information are easy for someone else to guess. Best to use a combination of both capital and lower-case letters, numbers and also include symbols.
Never share your password.
Dabble staff will NEVER ask you for your password
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password just use the forgot password link in the top right of the sign up screen. Note you will need to use the phone with the same number that's registered on your Dabble account for this to work.
Account
When will I get my account statement?
You will be sent your monthly activity statement to your listed email address, on the first Monday of the month. Please allow 24 hours from this time for you to receive this.
Can I change my Username?
Yes you can but only once. If you're sure what you want to change it to contact Customer Service via Live Chat or Phone 1800 3222 53

How do I update my mobile phone number?
To update your number please email a PDF document issued from your network provider which shows your Name and the new number to [email protected]
How do I reopen my account?
If you have closed your account we can look to reopen it again via Customer Service. Connect via Live chat or phone 1800322253
How do I update my email address?
Please contact Customer Support over Live Chat or Phone 1800 322 253 to update your email address.
Betting
If a leg in my multi is refunded does my bet stand?
Same Game Multi: If your bet is a Same Game Multi your stake will be refunded
Single Leg Multi: If your bet is a regular Multi then the bet will stand on the remaining legs
Pick'Em: If your bet is a pick'em then your bet will stand on the remaining legs as long as there is at least 2 legs involving different teams
If my selection took no part in the game is my bet refunded?
Yes. Please allow some time for the refund to come through though. This often wont be settled as refund until the end of the match/game in question in order to avoid potential settlement errors.
Why didn't my exotic bet get paid out at the tote dividend?
At Dabble we have our own unique dividend structure known as the Dabble Div! It's often more and sometimes less just like the regular totes but click here for more information on this one
Why has my bet not been paid in full?
The most common reason for this scenario is
There may have been a 'Dead Heat' (see Dead Heat rules)
The bet is a fixed odds racing bet and there has been deductions applied (see Scratchings and Deductions)
Why is my bet failing to go through?
Please make sure that:
The event has not started
You have a suitable balance for the bet
You have acknowledged any price changes
There are no legs from the same match if your bet is a regular multi
All players selected are still available for betting(not ruled out / injured since selecting)
Why did my bet not qualify for the Copy Bet Special Promotion (CBS)
The odds at time of placement need to be $2.00 or more
If you use a Rocket it will knock out the CBS and apply the Rocket instead. Only one promotion can be used on a bet
You did not select 'copy bet' to bring it to your bet slip
You altered the selection on the bet slip after you hit the copy bet option
Why did my Place bet show as a losing bet when my selection came third
This would occur where there were less than 8 runners at the time the bet was struck. This is standard with all Australian bookmakers for fixed odds betting.
What is Cash Out and how does it work?
Cash Out lets you take an early payout on your bet before the final result is determined, giving you the chance to lock in a return or limit a loss.
If your bet is eligible, you'll see the Cash Out option in your Pending Bets under My Bets. It is available at Dabble's absolute discretion and is not guaranteed on every bet. For full details, see our Cash Out guide.
Promotions and bonuses
Do sign-up bonuses or referral codes work?
Sign-up bonuses and referral codes are no longer legal in Australia. Any codes or offers on third-party websites are either bogus or apply to bookmakers outside Australia.
Where did my Bonus cash go?
Please note that all bonus cash has an expiry date. You can see this in the 'My Bonus Cash' Section found in settings.
Safer Gambling
What options do I have to manage my deposits on Dabble?
To help keep your gambling safe and sustainable you can use the Deposit Limit feature. With a deposit Limit you can choose a maximum amount for deposits over a specific time period.
This can be found in the App under Settings/Responsible Gambling and is highly recommended!
Why do I need to Check In with you before making my next deposit?
If you have used the take a break feature recently we sometimes like to have a 'check in' over the phone as part of our Safer Gambling Policy once it has ended.
A check in may also be necessary after a review of recent activity on the account. It doesn't take too long though and is nothing to worry about.

What is Take a Break?
Take a Break lets you temporarily restrict your ability to deposit and bet on Dabble for a period of your choosing, from 1 day up to 5 years. Once activated, a break cannot be cancelled or shortened. For full details, see our Take a Break guide.
What is BetStop?
BetStop is Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register, a free service that lets you exclude yourself from all licensed Australian online wagering providers. To register, visit betstop.gov.au or call 1800 238 786.
App troubleshooting
If you're having an issue and nothing seems to be working, try logging out of the account and logging back in. If that doesn't help, delete the app and re-download it. You'd be surprised how often these two steps resolve common issues.
