How voids work across different bet types

How voided legs are handled for Regular Multis, Same Game Multis, Super Multis, and Pick'em entries, including what triggers a full refund for each bet type.

Not all bet types handle voids the same way. Whether your bet continues or you receive a full refund depends on which product you placed. This guide covers how each bet type responds when a leg is voided.

Bet type

When a leg is voided

Full refund when...

Regular Multi

Leg removed, odds recalculate, bet continues on remaining legs

All legs are voided

Same Game Multi (SGM)

Entire bet cancelled, full stake refunded

Any single leg is voided

Pick'em (All-In)

Leg removed, multiplier adjusts, entry continues

Entry drops below 2 legs; all legs void; all players from one team void

Pick'em (Hedge)

Leg removed, multiplier adjusts. If entry drops below 3 legs, converts to All-In

Entry drops below 2 legs; all legs void; all players from one team void

Super Multi

Leg removed, odds recalculate, bet continues. If the voided leg is an SGM, voiding any selection within it voids the entire SGM leg.

All legs are voided

Regular Multi

When a leg in your multi is voided, it is removed and the remaining legs continue. The odds are recalculated without that leg, and your bet stays active on what remains. If all legs in the multi are voided, the full stake is refunded.

One exception: if any leg was already in play at the time you placed the bet, the entire multi is cancelled and your stake refunded.

If your multi contains an SGM as one of its legs and that SGM leg is voided, the SGM leg is removed and the rest of your multi continues on the remaining legs.

Same Game Multi (SGM)

SGMs work differently to Regular Multis. Because all legs are part of the same match, they are treated as one connected bet.

If any single leg is voided (for example, because a player did not participate), the entire bet is cancelled and your full stake is refunded. There is no partial continuation.

ℹ️ SGM void rule: If any single leg in your SGM is voided, the entire bet is cancelled and your full stake is refunded. This applies even if every other leg in the SGM won.

Pick'em

Pick'em handles voids similarly to a Regular Multi. A voided leg is removed, your multiplier adjusts to the remaining legs, and your entry stays active.

There are a few situations where a void in Pick'em does result in a full refund:

  • Your entry drops below 2 legs (the minimum leg requirement is no longer met)

  • All legs in the entry are voided

  • All players from one team are voided (the two-team requirement would no longer be met)

For Hedge entries: if voids reduce your entry below 3 legs, the bet converts to All-In rather than remaining as a Hedge.

Note: if a player takes part in the match but records zero stats, the leg is not voided. It is settled on the result.

Super Multi

A Super Multi operates the same way as a Regular Multi. When a leg is voided, it is removed, the odds are recalculated, and the bet continues on the remaining legs. If all legs are voided, the full stake is refunded.

If one of your legs is an SGM, that SGM is treated as a single leg within the Super Multi. If any selection within that SGM leg is voided, the entire SGM leg is treated as void and removed from the Super Multi. The remaining legs continue as normal.

Frequently asked questions

Why did my SGM refund when a player didn't play, but my multi kept going?

In a Regular Multi, legs are independent of each other, so one void does not affect the rest. In an SGM, all legs are part of the same match and treated as a single connected bet, so any void cancels the whole thing.

Why did my Pick'em keep going when my SGM was refunded?

Pick'em is structured like a Regular Multi (with a multiplier instead of odds), so voided legs are simply removed and the entry continues. SGMs behave differently because their legs are all tied to the same match.

My multi is down to one leg after a void. Does it still stand?

For a Regular Multi, yes. A single remaining leg still stands and settles on its outcome. For a Pick'em, if voids reduce your entry to one leg, the entire bet is refunded (Pick'em requires a minimum of 2 legs).

Does a push count the same as a void?

In Pick'em, a push (where a player's result lands exactly on the projection line) is treated the same as a void: the leg is removed and the multiplier adjusts. For Regular Multis and SGMs, push rules depend on the specific market. Check the relevant rules page or contact support if you are unsure.
