30.1.1 If a match is postponed before commencement or during play but before completion all bets will stand until the match is played or completed unless the official governing body of the tournament officially declare the tournament is abandoned and no further matches will be played.

30.1.2 Excluding Grand Slams -If a tournament is postponed and not rescheduled to take place within 7 days of the original scheduled start date all tournament outright markets will be void with stakes refunded.

30.1.3 Grand Slams only - If a Grand Slam is postponed and rescheduled to take place in the same calendar year all outright bets will stand.

30.1.4 Grand Slams only - If a Grand Slam is officially abandoned and not rescheduled to take place in the same calendar year as it was originally scheduled all outright markets will be void with stakes refunded.

30.2 Retirements & Walkovers

30.2.1 If a player retires prior to the first point in the match being played this will be considered a walkover with all markets will be void with stakes refunded.

30.2.2 If a player retires prior to the completion of the match all head-to-head/ match betting and match long markets will be void with all stakes refunded unless the result of the market has already been unconditionally determined, or only 1 possible outcome could occur.

Specific markets will be resulted and settled as follows:

30.3 Head-to-Head/ Match Winner Markets

30.3.1 If the match is not completed all bets will be void with stakes refunded

30.4 Match Total Games Markets

30.4.1 Unless the quoted number of total games has already been exceeded, or completion of the match could only result in the total number of games played being under or over the quoted total all bets will void with stakes refunded.

30.4.2 Example A: The Total Games for the match is Over/Under 19.5. Player A retires when the set score is 6-4 5-4. In this case minimum total games that would need to be played to finish the match is 20 (64 64) so over 19.5 games will be resulted as the winning selection and under 19.5 games will be resulted as a loser.

30.4.3 Example B: The Total Games for the match is Over/Under 26.5 in a best of 3 set match. Player A retires when the set score is 6-0, 1-6, 5-5. In this case the Under 26.5 games will be resulted as the winner because the maximum total games that could be played to complete the match is 26 games. Over 26.5 games will be resulted as a loser.

30.5 Match Handicap Markets

30.5.1 Unless the completion of the match could only result in 1 outcome when the handicap is applied all bets will void with stakes refunded.

30.5.2 Example A: The match handicap is Player A +6.5/ Player B -6.5 And a retirement occurs with the score line 6-2 6-7 (12 games to 9) A bet on Player A +6.5 will be resulted and settled as winner as Player A was guaranteed to lose no more than 3 games (total game deficit) to player B. Conversely, all bets on Player B -6.5 games will be deemed a Loser. Bets whereby the outcome is not guaranteed (e.g., Player A +2.5 games) will be void.

30.6 Set Betting Markets

30.6.1 All Set Betting selections will be void other than those where the result has already been determined. For example. In a best of 5 set match Player A retires with the score at 2 sets all. Bets on either player to win 3 sets to 2 will be void with all stakes refunded. Bets on either player to win 3 sets to 1 or 3 sets to 0 will be resulted as losers.

30.7 Stats Markets

30.7.1 All match long bets on player stats markets (for example, total aces) will be void with all stakes refunded unless the quoted total has already been reached.

30.7.2 For example, the match total aces market is under/over 18.5 Aces, Player A Total Aces is over/under 7.5 Aces and Player B total Aces is over under 9.5 Aces. Player A retires when the Ace statistics are Player A – 10 Aces and Player B - 9 Aces. In this case the total Aces market will be resulted with over 18.5 Aces settled as the winning outcome as 19 Aces have already been hit. Player A total Aces will be resulted with over 7.5 Aces resulted as the winning option and Player B Total Ace market will be void with all bets refunded

30.8 Venue and Format Changes

30.13 Game Handicap Markets

30.13.1 You are betting on the match, or the set result after the handicap is applied.

Player A

6

3

2

7

6

Player B

4

6

6

6

2

In the above example both players have won 24 games in total. Once the handicap is applied the final score is Player A 29.5 games vs Player B 24 games, with Player A winning once the handicap is applied. The handicap is only ever applied to 1 player. (You do not add 5.5 games to Player AND subtract 5.5 games from Player B)

30.14.3 The match must be completed for bets to stand unless the result of the market has already been determined. In the above example if a player retired when the match was tied at 2 sets all Player A (+1.5 Sets) would be resulted as the winner as the natural conclusion to the match would see them either winning or only losing by 1 set.

30.15.1 You are betting on the total number of games played in a set or in a match.

30.15.2 Refer to clause 30.2.2 for resulting and settlement of total games markets in the event of a player withdrawing after commencement but prior to the completion of the match.

For example, the Match Total Games market is Over/Under 20.0 Games and the final score is 64 64 with 20 games in total being played. All bets on this market would be refunded.

30.16 To Win/Lose First Set & Win the Match Markets

30.16.2 If the match is abandoned after commencement all bets will be void with stakes refunded unless the first set has been completed, in which case bets where the result of the outcome has already been determined. For example, you bet on Player A to win the first set & win the match. Player A has already lost the first set and their opponent retires halfway through the second set. In this case your bet will be resulted as a loser as the player has already lost the first set.

30.17 Next Game Winner, Player to hold serve & Next game correct score Markets

30.18.3 Match must be completed for Player Aces h2h and handicap markets. For Player total Aces markets the match must be completed for bets to stand unless the result of the market has already been determined. For example, you bet on Federer Over 13.5 Total Aces, if the match is abandoned prior to completion and Federer has already served 16 or more aces your bet will be resulted and settled as a winner.
