25.1 Postponements & Abandonments

25.1.1 All bets will stand unless a competition or regatta is cancelled by the official governing body or is postponed and not re-scheduled in the calendar year it was originally scheduled for. In which case all bets will be void and stakes refunded.

25.2 Resulting & Settlement of Markets

25.2.1 All markets will be resulted as per the official results published by the official governing body of the competition.

25.2.2 Markets will be resulted according to the official result at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent amendments do not count.

25.2.3 Official investigations or protests before the podium presentation or prior to the official result being announced will govern the resulting of markets.

25.2.4 In the event that any competitor is disqualified for any reason, including for false starts, bets on that selection will be settled as losers

25.3 Maximum Payouts

America’s Cup and Sydney to Hobart - $5,000

All other Sailing events - $2,000

25.4 Outright Winner Markets

25.4.1 You are betting on the competitor or boat to win the event.

25.4.2 All Outright Markets will be resulted and settled as per the official result at the time of the podium presentation.

25.4.3 Disqualifications or any amendment to the result prior to the official result being published, or the podium presentation being held will count for resulting purposes

25.4.4 Unless otherwise stated markets are offered on an all in basis. Other competitors are available on request.

25.5 Podium Markets

25.5.1 You are betting on the competitor or boat to finish in the top 3

25.5.2 All Podium Markets will be resulted and settled as per the official result at the time of the podium presentation.

25.5.3 Disqualifications or any amendment to the result prior to the official result being published, or the podium presentation being held, will count for resulting purposes

25.6 Match/Heat Winner Markets

25.6.1 You are betting on which competitor or which boat progresses to the next round

25.6.2 All named competitors must start for bets to stand.

25.6.3 If an event is postponed, markets will be void and stakes refunded
