General

13.1 Postponements & Abandonments

13.1.1 If a match is Postponed and is not rescheduled to begin within 24 hours of the original start time, then all bets will be void. If the match commences after this period, all bets will be void.

13.1.2 If a match is abandoned after the commencement of the match then all bets will be made void unless the result of the market has already been determined. For example, if Map 1 has been completed before the match has been abandoned, then all markets pertaining to Map 1 will be resulted as normal.

13.1.3 If a match is played before the scheduled start time, then all bets placed after the actual start time will be void. All bets placed before the actual start time will stand

13.1.4 If the event is abandoned and does not reach full completion due to Player/Team disqualification, or retirement, and or no official result is declared, all bets not already determined when the match is terminated are deemed void and are to be refunded.

13.1.5 If the event is abandoned and does not reach full completion due to a Player/Team awarded a walkover or game or map advantage, and or no official result is declared all bets not already determined when the match is terminated are deemed void and are to be refunded.

13.2 Resulting & Settlement of Markets

13.2.1 All Esports bets will be settled in accordance with the official results of the match/tournament as declared by the official organiser, administrator or governing body as officially published on the website for the applicable organiser, administrator or governing body.

13.3 Team Changes

13.3.1 In the event a team changes their name, for example due to sponsorship changes, then all bets will stand.

13.3.2 If a player withdraws prior to the start, all bets on the player will be void.

13.3.3 If there is a change of players within the team, such as replacement or stand-in, bets on the team stand

13.4 Connection issues

13.4.1 If a team is made to forfeit a match due to connection issues, all bets will be void, unless the result of the market has already been determined.

13.5 Maximum Payout

All eSports: $5,000

CS:GO / Valorant Markets

13.6 CS:GO General Rules

13.6.1 Where Overtime is played, this will be included in the settlement of markets; unless the Draw participant is quoted for a specific market, in which case settlement will be based on regulation time only.

13.7 Head-to-Head Markets

13.7.1 You are betting on the selected player or team to win the match. In the case of a draw all bets will be void.

13.8 Win-Draw-Win Markets

13.8.1 You are betting on the selected player or team to win the match, or the match to be a draw. In the case of a draw, the draw will be the winning selection

13.9 Map Handicap Markets

13.9.1 Handicap based off the difference between maps in the event. If the handicap line is a flat line (for example plus/minus 3.0 maps) and the margin lands on that number, the market will be treated as a ‘push’ with all bets void and stakes refunded

13.10 Round Handicap Markets

13.10.1 Handicap is based off the difference between rounds in the event. If the handicap line is a flat line (for example plus/minus 3.0 rounds) and the margin lands on that number, the market will be treated as a ‘push’ with all bets void and stakes refunded

13.11 First Kill / First Blood

13.11.1 Pays on the respective Player/Team that gets the first Kill of the match. Only Kills where a player has killed a player of the opposition will count.

13.12 Total Maps Markets

13.12.1 Based on the total number of maps played in the match. Bets are void if the statutory number of maps are changed.

13.13 Total Rounds Markets

13.13.1 Based on the total number of rounds played in the respective map. Bets are void if the statutory number of rounds are changed.

13.14 Pistol Round Markets

13.14.1 Specifically for any Pistol Round market, a Pistol Round is defined as the first round of either half, for settlement purposes.

13.15 Kills Markets

13.15.1 Settled on the number of Kills for the specified Team/Player as per the official results. Only Kills where a player has killed a player of the opposition will count.

13.16 Tournament Winner Markets

13.16.1 Pays on the team that wins the relative tournament. All Futures Markets are offered on an ‘all in’ basis. Unless materially affecting the outcome of a market all bets will stand in the event a season is shortened for any reason. Bets will remain live until such point the official governing body declares the season has been abandoned.

Dota2 / League of Legends Markets

13.17 Head-to-Head Markets

13.17.1 Bets are placed on the team to win the match. In the case of a draw all bets will be void.

13.18 Win-Draw-Win Markets

13.18.1 Bets are placed on the team to win the match, with the draw included. In the case of a draw, the draw will be the winning selection

13.19 Match Handicap Markets

13.19.1 Match Handicap is based off the difference between maps in the event. If the handicap line is a flat line (for example plus/minus 3.0 maps) and the margin lands on that number, the market will be treated as a ‘push’ with all bets void and stakes refunded

13.20 Total Maps

13.20.1 Based on the total number of maps played in the match. Bets are void if the statutory number of maps are changed.

13.21 First Blood/ First Kill

13.21.1 Pays on the respective Player/Team that gets the first Kill of the match. Only Kills where a player has killed a player of the opposition will count.

13.22 First Tower / Barracks / Inhibitor

13.22.1 Pays on the first team to successfully destroy one of their opposition’s buildings of the respective type. For settlement purposes all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team. If none of the respective buildings have been destroyed, then all bets will be void

13.23 First Drake / Baron / Roshan

13.23.1 Pays on the first team to slay the respective monster. If none of the respective monsters have been destroyed, then all bets will be void.

13.24 Total Tower / Barracks / Inhibitor Markets

13.24.1 Pays on the total number of successfully destroyed opposition buildings of the respective type. For settlement purposes all buildings destroyed count as being destroyed by the opposing team

13.25 Total Dragon / Baron / Roshan

13.25.1 Pays on the total number of the respective monster that have been slain.

13.26 Kills Markets

13.26.1 Settled on the number of Kills for the specified Team/Player as per the official results. Only Kills where a player has killed a player of the opposition will count.

13.27 Tournament Winner

13.33 Head-to-Head Markets

Esoccer / Ebasketball Markets

13.37 Esoccer General Rules

13.37.1 All match markets are settled based on the official score at the end of regulation time, unless otherwise stated. This includes any added injury or stoppage time but does not include extra-time, time allocated for a penalty shootout or golden goal.

13.38 eBasketball General Rules

13.38.1 All settlement includes Overtime if played.
