How It Works
Voids will be processed on player prop markets, for both Singles and SGM Markets only, if fits the following criteria below.
AFL / AFL W
Qualifying Leagues: AFL/AFL W Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Criteria:
Selected player is injured/subbed during the 1st Half and doesn't take any part in the game from the 3rd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
NRL / NRL W / State of Origin / State of Origin W
Qualifying Leagues: NRL/NRL W Regular Season & Finals Series Only and State of Origin / State of Origin W
Criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Half and doesn't take any part in the game during the 2nd Half.
Player performance markets are not covered by this policy.
NBA / NBL
Qualifying Leagues: NBA & NBL Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Half and doesn't take any part in the game from the 3rd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
Soccer
Qualifying Leagues: EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, MLS, A-League and FIFA World Cup.
Criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Half and doesn't take any part in the game during the 2nd Half.
Players that start on the bench and enter the game for any amount of time are not applicable to this policy and will be resulted as normal.
NFL
Qualifying Leagues: NFL Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Half and doesn't take any part in the game from the 3rd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
Pick'em
Pick'em and Over/Under markets are generally not covered by the Injury Protection Policy. Where coverage is offered, it will be clearly stated in the relevant sport section.
Currently, only Soccer offer Pick'em coverage.
Any selection involving the LESS option is not eligible for a void/refund under the Injury Protection Policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I chose Under on an injured player? All under bets on players who meet the Injury Protection Policy will be settled as normal.
What if a player is already a winning bet before leaving the game? This will be treated like a normal bet and paid out accordingly.
What if a player misses time due to a coaching decision? If a player doesn't take part in the game due to a coaching decision; such as being rested, rotated, or managed for load, their bet will not be voided and will be settled as normal.
The Injury Protection Policy only applies to players who are genuinely unable to continue due to injury, not decisions made by the coaching staff as part of normal game management.
