How It Works:
AFL/AFL W:
Qualifying Leagues - AFL/AFL W Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets, for both singles and SGM markets if fits the following criteria:
Selected player is injured/subbed during the 1st Quarter and doesn’t take any part in the game from the 2nd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
NRL/ NRL W:
Qualifying Leagues - NRL/NRL W Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets, for both singles and SGM markets if fits the following criteria:
Selected player is injured during the opening 20 minutes and doesn’t take any part in the game from the 20th minute onwards.
Player performance markets are not covered by this policy.
NBA/NBL:
Qualifying Leagues – NBA & NBL Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets, for both singles and SGM markets if fits the following criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Quarter and doesn’t take any part in the game from the 2nd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
SOCCER:
Qualifying Leagues - EPL, La Liga, Ligue 1, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, MLS & A-League
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets, for both singles and SGM markets if fits the following criteria:
Selected player is injured during the opening 20 minutes and doesn’t take any part in the game from the 20th minute onwards.
Player that start on the bench and enter the game for any amount of time are not applicable to this policy and will be resulted as normal.
NFL:
Qualifying Leagues - NFL Regular Season & Finals Series Only
Refunds will be processed on player prop markets, for both singles and SGM markets if fits the following criteria:
Selected player is injured during the 1st Quarter and doesn’t take any snap/play in the game from the 2nd quarter onwards.
Player Over/Under & Pick'Em Markets are not covered by this policy.
Pick'em
A selected player’s MORE option will be eligible for a void/refund if the selected player’s fall within the eligibility criteria described in the SPECIFIED sports listed above. Any selection involving the LESS option is not eligible for a void/refund under the Injury Protection Policy.
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I chose Under on an injured player?
All under bets on players who meet the Injury Protection Policy will be settled as normal.
What if a player is already a winning bet before leaving the game?
This will be treated like a normal bet and paid out accordingly.
