General

8.1 Postponements & Abandonments

8.1.1 if a confirmed fight does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start date all bets will be made void and stakes refunded.

8.1.2 Markets offered on unscheduled/unconfirmed fights will be dated December 31 of the current calendar year and will stand for the calendar year quoted unless there is reasonable evidence the fight will not take place, at which point bets will be made void and stakes refunded.

8.2 Changes to Competitors, Number of Rounds and Venue

8.2.1 Change to Listed Competitors - If the one of the contestants is replaced by a substitute all bets on the original bout will be void and stakes refunded.

8.2.2 Change to the scheduled number of rounds - If the advertised number of rounds is changed all round betting markets will be void. Bets on Head to Head/Fight Winner markets will stand.

8.2.3 Change in Venue - All bets will stand providing the fight takes place within 48 hours of the original advertised date.

8.2.4 Change in advertised Contest - Should there be a change in the advertised contest, for example, a contest changes from a title fight to a non-title fight, all bets will stand providing the duration of the fight and the named competitors remain the same.

8.3 Technical Decision, Intentional and Unintentional Fouls

8.3.1 If a fight scheduled for more than four rounds and an accidental foul occurs in the 5th round or later resulting in an injury severe enough for the referee to stop the fight the fight will be resulted as a technical decision or TD awarded to the boxer who is ahead on the score cards at the time the fight is stopped. The fighter that is ahead in that case will be resulted as the winner. If the injury occurs from an accidental injury within the first 4 rounds all bets will be made void unless the result has already been determined, or the judges’ scorecards are used to determine a winner.

8.3.2 If an intentional foul causes an injury and the injury results in the fight being stopped later in the fight the injured boxer will win by technical decision if he is ahead on the score cards.

8.3.3 For betting purposes betting on rounds or group of rounds is for a fighter to win by KO, TKO or disqualification during that round or group of rounds. In the event of a technical decision before the end of the fight all bets will be settled as a win by decision. Round bets will be deemed losers.

8.3.4 If an intentional foul causes an injury and the injury results in the fight being stopped in a later round, the fight will result in a 'technical draw' if the injured boxer is behind or even on the score cards. This will result in a draw being deemed the winner for betting purposes.

8.4 Knockout/Technical Knockout

8.4.1 Method of Victory markets and any other market where the method of victory forms part of the market will be settled applying the following rules and definitions regarding knockouts and technical knockouts.

8.4.2 Knockout - A Knockout (KO) occurs when a fighter does not stand up or is unable to continue the fight after a ten count by the referee.

8.4.3 Technical Knockout - A Technical Knockout (TKO) occurs when either the 3 knockdown rule is employed or the referee steps in when it is decided that a fighter cannot safely continue the fight. If a fighter fails to return to the ring after the bell sounds for the commencement of the next round the fight result will be deemed a TKO in the round the fighter last took part in, i.e., the preceding round. If a fighter’s corner ‘throws in the towel’ the result will be deemed a TKO at the point in which the fighter’s corner concedes.

8.5 Resulting

8.5.1 All fights will be resulted as per the official announcement made in the ring at the end of the fight unless an obvious error has been made by the ring announcer. Should no winner be declared in the ring the results published by the relevant governing body will be used for resulting purposes. Any revision or amendment to results after the initial result has been declared will be disregard for resulting purposes.

8.5.2 Should no official result be declared at the end of the fight 48 hours will be allowed for the relevant governing body to announce an official result. Should no official result be announced within 48 hours of the completion of the fight bets will be void and stakes refunded

8.5.3 No Contest - Should an event be declared a ‘no contest’ all bets, other than bets placed on markets that have already been determined, will be made void and stakes refunded.

8.6 Maximum Payouts

Pay Per View Title Fights - $50,000

WBA/WBC/IBF and WBO sanctioned fights $20,000

All other fights - $5,000
