Spin & Win wheels are not available on every deposit. You need to be issued one before you can use it. If you have a Spin & Win available, you'll see a "Deposit to Spin & Win" option on your Deposit screen before depositing. You'll also be notified via SMS, email, push notification, or in-app message when one is ready to use.
If you don't see the option, you likely don't have a Spin & Win available on your account. Check your notifications or email to confirm.

The Spin & Win Wheel gives you the chance to boost your next deposit with Bonus Cash. If you have been given a Spin & Win, using it is simple.
To activate the wheel, make a deposit and the Spin & Win option will appear immediately after. If you don't see it, log out and back in to refresh the app.

We’ll let you know if you have a Spin & Win wheel available. This could be via SMS, Email, Push Notification, in-app message, or in Banter. This will be available to eligible customers only. Spin & Win wheels are distributed randomly by the promotions team, so make sure to monitor your notifications for updates.
The communications should tell you what you need to do - usually requiring you to make a Deposit to activate your Spin & Win.
How are the amounts calculated?
The amounts displayed on the wheel are calculated based on your chosen deposit amount.
There are 14 segments on the wheel, and each segment has an equal probability of being landed on.
Rewards are issued as Bonus Cash and will appear in your Bonus Cash balance within 24 hours of spinning.
How do I get more Spin & Wins wheels?
There is no specific method to receive extra Spin & Win wheels. When you are eligible for one, you will be contacted directly via your notifications and/or email to let you know then.
Eligibility is based on your account activity and active promotions.
Importantly, Spin & Win wheels are distributed automatically and cannot be manually added by Customer Service.
I made a deposit but my Spin & Win wheel hasn't appeared. What should I do?
Try logging out and back in. This refreshes the app and the wheel should appear. If it still doesn't show, reach out to our Customer Support team and they can look into it further.
