š£ We are currently aware of an issue affecting SMS verification code delivery.
If you are not receiving your code when trying to reset your password, please try the following steps:
1. Delete and reinstall the Dabble app to make sure you are on the latest version, then try again.
2. Check your SMS Spam or Junk Folder in case the code has been filtered there.
3. Search your text messages for 'Dabble' or 'TWVerify' to see if the code was quietly delivered.
4. If you find a message from 'TWVerify' or 'Dabble', mark it as Not Spam so future codes arrive normally.
If the code still does not arrive after trying the above, contact our Support Team via Live Chat.
Have you forgotten your password or just want to change your password? Just follow the steps below:
ā¹ļø Important: You must use the same mobile number that is registered with your Dabble account. If there are too many unsuccessful password attempts, your account may be temporarily locked.
1) Tap on the Sign In button then tap on the Forgotten Password button.
2) Enter in your mobile number linked to your account, and tap Send Verification Code.
3) You will be sent a direct text message with a code. This is usually instant but may take a few minutes. Enter this in the highlighted box shown below, and tap Next.

4) Once this code has been verified, you can then reset your password and have a Dabble.
