1.1. These Promotions Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) apply to the issue of rewards to customers by Dabble. They include promotional offers may made by Dabble (“Promotional Offers”), as well as the issuing of rewards that did not come with an initial offer (surprise rewards).

1.2 These rules also apply to products used within the Dabble app to facilitate and issue bonuses and other rewards, including the Dabble Boost Rocket and the Dabble Spin & Win Cash Wheel.

2.1 Promotional Offers are only available to you:

If you receive a Promotional Offer that is specifically addressed to you and the Promotional Offer is only available to and capable of being redeemed by you.

2.2 A Promotional Offer is only open to you if

2.3 Promotional Offers are only open to bona fide Account holders who comply with Dabble’s General Rules and these Rules.

2.4 Promotional Offers are only open to bona fide Account holders acting in good faith, who place bets with Dabble for the purpose of recreation and entertainment.

Customers deemed to be abusing promotions will not be eligible to receive Promotional Offers.

2.5 Promotional Offers may be made subject to additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these Rules and any additional terms relating to a particular Promotional Offer, the additional terms will prevail.

2.6 Each Promotional Offer can only be accessed once by each Eligible Entrant.

3.1 Dabble rewards could be one of the following

4.1 Funds issued as part of a Bet-based Promotion are required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn. This includes money-back specials and boosted prices.

4.2 Funds issued as part of a Deposit-based Promotion are required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn.

4.3 Funds issued as part of General Use-based Promotions are required to be “turned over” or bet through prior to being withdrawn. This includes funds issued via the Spin & Win Cash Wheel.

5.1 Dabble Sports may as part of a promotion, offer or discretionary reward, issue you at any time with Dabble Rockets.

5.2 Dabble Rockets are to be used enhance the odds of a bet you have placed. Payouts on bets placed with Dabble Rockets will be paid at the new boosted price at the completion of the Rocket Game.

5.3 You may use any Dabble Rockets credited to your Account on any selected fixtures from the time the Rocket appears in your Account.

5.4 Dabble Rockets may be restricted from being used for some bet types, sports or fixtures at Dabble Sports’ discretion.

5.5 Where a Promotional Offer would credit Dabble Rockets as part of that promotion, this will be clearly stated in the terms of that promotional offer.

5.6 You acknowledge and agree that any errors or delays in using or placing the Dabble Rockets during the game, is the sole responsibility of the client. Dabble endeavours to minimise these instances occurring, but no liability will apply to Dabble for bad connection, game freezing or any other issue related to the rocket game.

5.7 Dabble Rockets are capped to one Rocket per race.

5.8 Dabble Rockets can only be applied on events from 3:01am on the day they are scheduled to start.

6.1 Dabble’s Spin & Win Cash Wheel is a virtual “wheel” with multiple segments that may be available to a customer at different times at the discretion of Dabble.

6.2 An animated “spinning” of the wheel will result in a segment of the wheel being selected that indicates the reward to be issued to the customer (for example “$50”).

6.3. Dabble will issue the reward to the customer based on the selected segment.

6.4 A maximum of 100% of the deposit amount can be won, up to $500 (for example, 100% of a $150 deposit would receive $150 extra cash).

6.5. Spin & Win Cash Wheel rewards will be awarded to your Account within a maximum of 24 hours.

6.6 Rewards issued in the form of funds will be displayed in your transaction history and added to your Dabble balance.

6.7 The Spin & Win Cash Wheel is considered a General use-based Promotion.

7.1 Cash Back Promotional Offers are available to customers who comply with section ‘2. Promotional Offers’.

7.2 Cash Back Promotional Offers are valid until the earlier of:

7.4 You will be entitled to a Cash Back Promotional Offer if:

7.5 The amount of cash returned as part of the Cash Back Promotional Offer may be equal to or otherwise calculated by reference to the amount of your first bet, or another bet made by you during a specified period (‘Qualifying Bet’).

7.6 In these circumstances, Dabble will award you cash back in relation to the value of the Qualifying Bet, to the maximum amount stated in the Cash Back Promotional Offer and otherwise stated in the specific terms set out in the Cash Back Promotional Offer.

For example, if the Cash Back Promotional Offer states that you can be awarded cash back up to a maximum value of $25, then:

7.7 Once you have made your Qualifying Bet, and you have met the terms and conditions to receive the cash back, it will be applied to your Account within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.

7.8 Cash Back Promotional Offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions. You should read any such additional terms and conditions carefully.

7.9 In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between these terms and conditions (‘Promotions Terms and Conditions’) and any specific terms relating to a particular Cash Back Promotional Offers, the specific terms will prevail.

8.1 Horseome Payout

9.1 Dabble Sports may as part of a promotion, offer, or as a discretionary reward, issue you with Bonus Cash.

9.2 Bonus Cash is a product, and not real cash. Bonus Cash can only be used to place a bet. Once a bet has been placed using Bonus Cash, that Bonus Cash will no longer be available to you. Winning bets placed with Bonus Cash will be paid out in cash but exclude the Bonus Cash stake amount. For example, a bet of $10 using Bonus Cash at odds of $5 would result in $40 of winnings being credited to your Account as cash, but the $10 Bonus Cash stake would not be credited to your Account.

9.3 Bonus Cash can be used within 7 days from the time the Bonus Cash is credited to your Account, unless otherwise specified. If unused, Bonus Cash will expire after this time period.

9.4 If a bet placed with Bonus Cash is refunded, the Bonus Cash stake will be credited to your Account, and must be used within 7 days from the time of the refund being credited. If unused, Bonus Cash will expire after this time period.

9.5 Where a Promotional Offer would credit Bonus Cash as part of that promotion, this will be clearly stated in the terms of that promotional offer.

9.6 Bonus Cash cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed for cash or cash equivalent.

9.7 Bonus Cash may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offering, such as a Rocket Boost or as stake on a Cash Back Special.

9.8 Bonus Cash may be restricted from being used for some bet types, sports or fixtures at Dabble Sports’ discretion.

9.9 If your Bonus Cash was credited as a result of a deposit being made and your deposit is refunded (in part or whole), any unused Bonus Cash credited as part of that deposit being made will be forfeited.

9.10 If an Account Holder does not comply with Dabble Sports General Rules and Promotional Terms and Conditions, Dabble Sports may at its discretion cancel any bets placed with Bonus Cash and/or revoke Bonus Cash from your Account so it cannot be used.
