Prize Claim Date | Winners will receive their food delivery voucher code via In App Message in the Dabble App following the draw. The winner can then click the link, and claim their voucher via the third-party provider. |
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements | If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to accept it by the Prize Claim Date, their unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternative entrant as deemed successful by Dabble subject to regulatory requirements in the applicable State or Territory. |
Competition Terms and Conditions: Fan Feeds Promotion
1. General
These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the Schedule for this Promotion. If there is any inconsistency, the Schedule applies.
By entering this Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Entry is only open to people who meet the Entry Conditions in the Schedule.
Employees, contractors of the Promoter and any agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry
To enter, follow the Entry Procedure in the Schedule during the Promotion Period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Additional qualifying bets will not result in additional entries.
Entries that do not meet these requirements will be invalid.
If an entry is declared invalid, or a prize is revoked before it is claimed, the Promoter may select a new winner in line with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
4. Prize Draw and Winners
The draw will take place as set out in the Schedule.
Winners will be selected at random.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as described in the Schedule.
Some prizes (such as digital gift cards) are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and conditions, including expiry dates and where they can be used. Winners are responsible for complying with those terms.
Once a prize has been awarded, the Promoter is not responsible for any gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged or misused.
If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
If a winner does not accept or use a prize as required, that prize (or part of it) may be forfeited and no cash or alternative will be provided.
6. Claiming prizes
Winners must accept their prize by the Prize Claim Date set out in the Schedule.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or declines the prize, the Promoter may award the prize to another eligible entrant in line with the Schedule.
7. Promotion issues and changes
If something happens that is outside the Promoter’s control (for example technical issues, tampering, fraud or system errors) and affects the Promotion, the Promoter may cancel, suspend or change the Promotion if needed, subject to any regulatory requirements.
8. Fair use
The Promoter may disqualify an entrant if they:
· do not meet the entry requirements
· interfere with the promotion process
· act in a way that is misleading, fraudulent or disruptive
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not responsible for any loss, damage or delay in connection with this Promotion or the awarding of a prize, including where caused by third parties.
10. Publicity
If you win, you may be asked to take part in reasonable promotional activity (such as publicity or photography). This will be at no cost to you.
11. Privacy
The Promoter will use your information to run this Promotion and may share it with related companies, service providers and regulators if required.
Winner details may be published as set out in the Schedule and where required by law.
