Entry Procedure | To enter, an eligible entrant must during the Promotion Period: 1. place a minimum $50 real-money bet (bonus cash excluded);

Prize Draw | The prize draw will be conducted at 12:00PM AEDT on 02/03/2026 at the Promoter’s offices or as otherwise determined by the Promoter. |

Notification of Winner | The winner will be notified directly by email and/or phone within 21 days of the Prize Draw. |
Publication Details | The Promoter may publish the winner’s first name, last initial and State of residence on the Dabble App, website or other media. |
Verification Requirements | If requested by the Promoter, the winner and any companions must produce proof of the following: Age and eligible residency status. |
Prize Claim Date | The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and eligibility within 7 days of notification. |
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements | If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to accept it by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve winner drawn at the same time. |
Prize Clauses | 1. The winner’s companion must be 18 years of age or over at the time of participation in the prize experience.

Competition Terms and Conditions – Premium – NRL Futures 6-Leg Pick’Em - Ultimate Grand Final Experience
1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate, and must be read together with, the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.
4. These Terms and Conditions may be amended or replaced by the Promoter in its discretion at any time, subject to any applicable regulatory approval requirements.
Eligibility
5. Entry to the Promotion is open to residents of the Relevant State(s) who meet the Entry Conditions set out in the Schedule, including being an eligible Dabble Premium customer at the time of entry.
6. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter and of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household.
Entry
7. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period specified in the Schedule.
8. To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.
9. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted.
10. The maximum number of entries per eligible entrant is specified in the Schedule.
11. Entries will be deemed invalid if they breach these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion, or any additional entry instructions or content guidelines notified during the entry process.
12. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, void any entry.
Determining and Notifying the Winner
13. The prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the Prize Draw details set out in the Schedule.
14. The winner will be notified as specified in the Schedule and their first name, last initial and State of residence may be published in accordance with the Schedule.
15. The Promoter may also publish winner details on its website(s), in the Dabble App and/or in trade publications.
Claiming the Prize
16. The Prize must be accepted by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with the instructions set out in the Schedule.
17. If the Prize is not accepted by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the Prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements specified in the Schedule, subject to any directions given by a relevant authority.
18. The winner is responsible for completing all required verification and acceptance steps within the timeframes specified to ensure they can receive and participate in the Prize.
Prize
19. The nature and inclusions of the Prize are specified in the Prize Details and are subject to the Prize Restrictions set out in the Schedule.
20. The total prize value is specified in the Schedule.
21. If a Prize includes tickets or event access, those tickets or access rights are valid only for the date(s) specified and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant venue, event organiser or supplier. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket or access entitlement that is lost, stolen, damaged or cancelled.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a representative or chaperone to accompany the winner during any event-based component of the Prize. The winner agrees to comply with all reasonable directions given by the Promoter or its representative.
Travel and Accommodation
23. If the Prize includes travel, all travel arrangements will be made in accordance with the Schedule and as determined by the Promoter and/or the relevant supplier.
24. If the Prize is event-based, any travel provided must be taken on the dates required by the Promoter to coincide with the event.
25. The Prize is subject to booking availability and any terms and conditions imposed by airlines, accommodation providers, venues and other third-party suppliers. The winner is responsible for complying with all such terms and conditions.
26. Any alterations or extensions to confirmed Prize arrangements must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the winner’s expense.
27. The Promoter is not responsible for cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any part of the Prize and any costs incurred by the winner or their companion(s) as a result will be the responsibility of the winner.
28. The winner and their companion(s) are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel and have obtained any required medical clearances, vaccinations or health checks prior to travel.
General
29. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries or correspondence.
30. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any entry invalid and prohibit further participation if an entrant:
fails to verify their personal details or eligibility to the Promoter’s satisfaction;
tampers with or benefits from tampering with the entry process;
submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or
engages in conduct that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, disruptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
31. The Prize value is correct at the time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value.
32. If any part of the Prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
33. If a winner does not take an element of the Prize at the time stipulated, that element will be forfeited and no compensation will be provided.
34. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any part of the Prize is unavailable.
35. If requested, the winner must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form prior to participating in any Prize activity.
36. Where an entry is declared invalid or a Prize is revoked prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine a replacement winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
37. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity and consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.
38. If for any reason the Promotion cannot run as planned, the Promoter may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to regulatory approval where required.
39. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
40. Entrants acknowledge that participation in the Prize may involve inherent risks and accept those risks.
41. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from participation in the Promotion or Prize.
42. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications arising from Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
43. Personal information will be used for the purpose of conducting the Promotion and may be disclosed to service providers and regulators as required.
