Australia Wide; excluding South Australia and ACT.

• Entry is open to Australian residents in the Eligible States, who make a valid entry as per the Entry Procedure prior to the end of the Promotion period.

• Entries are specifically restricted from any person who is on a self-imposed ‘Break’ or have ‘Self Excluded’ during the Promotion Period or at the time of the Prize.

• The competition starts at 17:00 on 28/03/2025 AEDT.

• The competition closes at 23:59 on 03/04/2025 AEDT (no entries will be accepted after this time).

• Eligible entrants can complete an Entry by completing the following:

1. following the Dabble Instagram account with their own personal Instagram account; and

2. ‘liking’ the relevant Dabble Instagram competition post.

• All valid Entries will be collated into one entry pool, from which a single winner will be selected, at random, as set out in the Draw Details.

• One Entry per person can be registered

• The Competition is a game of chance and each valid Entry has an equal chance of winning.

• A single Winner of the Competition shall be drawn via random selection, from the valid Entries received.

• The draw will take place at 11:00 on 04/04/2025 AEDT at Level 2 /12 Albert Street, Richmond VIC 3121.

Subject to Prize Restrictions below, the Prize shall comprise a ‘Meet and Greet with Heath Shaw’ for two people, between April 12th and April 14th (Prize Period), including:

• An exclusive opportunity to meet Heath Shaw.

• Ground transfers between airport, accommodation and Prize activity locations

• Two (2) nights’ accommodation for 2 persons in Adelaide

• Return flights for 2 persons (as specified in the terms below)

1. The Winner and Guest must both be at least 18 years of age at the Prize Claim Date.

2. The Winner must be an Australian Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident.

3. The Winner and Guest must each confirm to the Promoter that they are not subject to any gambling-related restrictions (e.g. BetStop).

4. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their Guest make all arrangements for participating in the Prize as soon as practicable and after the Notification of Winner.

5. No element of the Prize can be transferred or redeemed for cash.

6. The Prize is only applicable during the (Prize Period)

7. Flights will only be included in the Prize and offered to a Winner and/or Guest who resides more than 400km from the Adelaide CBD.

8. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and no remedy or compensation will be offered.

9. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of any element of the prize.

The retail value of the Prize is approximately up to $3000 (including GST).

The Promoter will notify the Winner by contact via their personal Instagram profile on 04/04/2025, immediately following the draw.

The Winner will be required to provide Dabble with mobile phone and email contact details and to fulfil the claiming of the prize.

The Winner’s name will be published on Dabble’s social media, web content and in the Dabble App at the discretion of the Promoter.

To claim the prize, the Winner must provide their RSVP by 4:00PM AEST on 07/04/2025. This can be done by completing the RSVP form which will be emailed to the Winner at the time of ‘Notification of Winner’.

If the Winner provides a decline as their RSVP, or fails to RSVP by the date listed in the Prize Claim Date, their unclaimed prize will be awarded to an alternative entrant as deemed successful by Dabble.

1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate, and must be read together with, the Schedule for this Promotion. The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.  

3. Any capitalised terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.  

4. These Terms & Conditions may be amended or replaced by the Promoter in its discretion at any time.  

1. Entry to the Competition is open to Australian residents (excluding SA and the ACT) who meet the Entry Restrictions.  

2. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manger, employee, officer or contractor.  

1. The Competition will be conducted during the Promotion Period.  

2. To enter the Competition, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.  

3. Entries may only be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted by the Promoter in any other form. Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or deleted.  

4. Entrants are required to take full responsibility for ensuring that their entry complies with the Schedule and these Terms and Conditions.   

5. Entries will be deemed invalid if they breach these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or any other content guidelines notified by the Promoter during the entry process for the Competition.  

6. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion void an Entrant’s Entry.  

1. The Prize draw will be conducted in accordance with the Draw Details.

2. The Prize will be awarded to the person associated with the valid entry drawn in accordance with the Prize Details.

3. The Winner will be notified as specified in the Schedule and Dabble will engage with the Winner to verify their identity.

4. The Promoter may publish the name of the Winner on its website(s) and in trade publications.

1. The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date in accordance with any claim instructions set out in the Schedule.  

2. If the Prize is not accepted or claimed by the Prize Claim Date, the relevant Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to distribute the unclaimed Prize in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements specified in the Schedule, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority. Winners of unclaimed prizes will be notified by email and sms.

3. The Winner is responsible for making all personal arrangements within the timeframes set out, to ensure that they and their Guest are able to participate in the Prize.

4. The Winner must ensure that they and their Guest work cooperatively with the Promoter around the participation in the competition and Prize, including the making of bookings and reservations.

1. The nature and inclusions of the Prize is specified in the Prize Details and subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule.

2. The total prize pool is specified in the Schedule.  

3. Any vouchers included in the Prize are only valid during the period of the Prize Period (or as specified by the Promoter), and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider. Once awarded, the Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that is expired, lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.  

4. If a prize includes tickets, the tickets are only valid for the date(s) or period(s) specified on the tickets or by the ticket issuer, and will be subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the ticket issuer. Once awarded, the Promoter will not be liable for any ticket that is expired, lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.  

5. The Promoter reserves the right to appoint a chaperone to accompany the Winner. The Winner agrees to a chaperone being present with them for the duration of the Prize Period and agrees to comply with any reasonable directions or guidelines notified to them by the Promoter or their chaperone. 

6. If a prize includes travel, the Winner is responsible for ensure that all elements of the Prize are booked and completed as specified by the Promoter and/or by the supplier of the Prize elements (including elements relating to their Guest).

7. If the Prize is event based, all travel provided as part of the prize must be taken during the Prize Period to coincide with the event.

8. The Prize is subject to booking and availability and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and their Guest abide at all times to any such terms and conditions, failure to do so may result in all or part of the Prize being revoked by the Promoter.

9. All costs associated with the Prize which are not expressly stated in the Schedule to be included (such as additional spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs and all other ancillary costs), are the responsibility of the Winner and/or Guest.

10. The Winner and Guest are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary travel insurance and documents required for the travel.

11. Any alterations or extensions to confirmed prize elements must be approved in advance by the Promoter (at its sole discretion) and will be at the expense of the Winner.

1. Ground transfers will be made available based on the Promoter’s assessment of the travel requirements of the Winner and Guest.

2. Ground transfers will be provided in the form of Uber vouchers, based on the Promoter’s assessment of the travel requirements of the Winner and/or Guest and will at all times be capped at $150 per journey.

3. Flights will only be included in the Prize and offered to a Winner and/or who resides more than 400km from the Venue.

4. Any flights and/or accommodation included in the Prize and offered to a Winner and/or their Guest will be exclusively booked and managed by the Promoter, at the Promotor’s ultimate discretion and will be subject to booking availability (together with any terms and conditions imposed by the relevant providers).

5. Any costs associated with a travel component of the Prize which are not expressly stated in the Schedule to be included (e.g. additional spending money, passport and visa costs, transfer costs, meals, taxes, insurance, luggage costs, hotel ‘mini bar’ and all other ancillary costs), are the responsibility of the Winner and/or Guest.

6. The Winner is responsible for ensuring they and their Guest have all necessary travel insurance and documents to travel to the relevant place(s) (including passports and visas, if required).

8. The Promoter is not responsible for the cancellation, delay or rescheduling of any travel element of a Prize and any ensuing costs incurred by the Winner and/or Guest as a result (including accommodation costs) will be the responsibility of the Winner and/or Guest.

9. The Winner is responsible for ensuring that they and the Guest are fit to travel as and when required.

1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

2. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid, and prohibit further participation by an entrant in this Promotion, if the entrant or their Guest:  

a. fails to verify their personal details and/or eligibility to enter the Promotion to the Promoter's satisfaction;  

b. tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion;  

c. submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry;  

d. acts in a disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or  

e. engages in conduct regarding the Promotion which in the Promoter’s opinion is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.   

3. The value of the Prize is accurate as at the time of preparation of this material. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date.

4. If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it for an alternative at its own discretion.

5. If a Winner and/or their Guest does not take an element of a Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the Prize. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a Winner or any other party, if any Prize (or any part of a Prize) is unavailable for any reason.  

6. If requested by the Promoter, the Winner and their Guest must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form provided by the Promoter, in favour of the Promoter, before they participate in any activity associated with the Prize. If such form is not signed within the time specified by the Promoter, the Prize may be revoked by the Promoter.

7. Where an Entry is declared invalid, or a Prize is revoked, prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine a new Winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.  

8. If requested by the Promoter, the Winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding this Promotion or their winning of the Prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter and its associated companies and agencies using their name and image in promotional material.  

9. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not run, or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant State(s), if required.  

10. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

11. Entrants acknowledge that there may be inherent risks in some aspects of the Prize and that participation may involve exposure to, or participating in, dangerous activities. By entering this Promotion, entrants accept that risk for themselves and their Guest.

12. The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion, accepting or participating in a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).  

13. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage or delay in the awarding of the Prize.  

14. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion prohibit an entrant’s participation in this Promotion, cancel or suspend the Prize, or cease to provide any Prize component to a Winner and/or their Guest; if the entrant or Winner and/or their Guest is (in the Promoter’s opinion) under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate.  

15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of this Promotion results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.  

16. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion and to relevant authorities in the Relevant States, and the Winner’s name may be published in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and as required under relevant legislation.
