‘Neigh-thing but Tickets’ Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. General

1.1. The Promotion is conducted by Dabble Sports Pty Ltd (Dabble) and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. The Promotion runs for a limited time and applies only to specific race events selected by Dabble.

1.3. Participation is by invitation only and open to eligible Dabble customers who are not self-excluded or on a break.

1.4. Dabble may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

1.5. Parts of the Promotion are carried out by third-parties and Dabble does not control or guarantee those elements.

1.6. Dabble may disqualify any participant it reasonably believes has interfered with the Promotion or engaged in disruptive, unfair or fraudulent conduct.

2. Ticket Allocation & Third-Party Responsibility

2.1. Tickets are provided by third-party providers and subject to availability. They are not refundable or redeemable for cash.

2.2. Dabble is not responsible for ticket availability, technical issues or any errors or faults related to third-party ticketing systems.

2.3. Any questions or disputes about ticket validity, access or redemption must be directed to the third-party providers.

2.4. Participation may require you to share personal information with the third-party providers. That information will be handled under the relevant third-party’s own privacy policy. Dabble is not responsible for any unauthorised use or disclosure of that information.

2.5. A total of 250 tickets (including guest tickets) are available. Once exhausted, no further tickets will be issued. Dabble is not obliged to compensate customers who miss out.

3. Ticket Terms & Conditions

3.1. Tickets are subject to the third-party provider’s own terms and conditions. Information about such terms and conditions should be sought from the relevant third-party provider, not Dabble.

3.2. Dabble does not control or influence those terms and accepts no liability for any errors, restrictions, cancellations, or changes made by third-party providers.

3.3. It is the responsibility of participants to review and comply with all ticket terms and conditions.

4. Liability & Disclaimers

4.1. Dabble is not responsible for any technical or communication issues affecting participation.

4.2. Dabble is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or cancelled tickets. These matters must be raised directly with the relevant third-party provider.

4.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dabble is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this Promotion or use of third-party services.

4.4 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
